We have a dedicated software development department that focuses on our internal products that allow everyone else to deliver some of the top-notch, worldwide services. Currently, there are a number of commercially available projects in production that are being actively worked on:

– Proven experience in the e-commerce sector.
– Strong understanding of key e-commerce metrics.
– Proficient in integrating analytics systems, data enrichment, and ensuring data integrity.
– Skilled in data visualization, especially using Tableau.
– Knowledge of advertising (Google Ads / Bing), web (Google Analytics) and app (AppsFlyer) analytics platforms.
– Experience as a Business Analyst in software development is a plus.
– Exceptional attention to detail coupled with a strong sense of responsibility towards project outcomes.
– Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, self-driven, and adept at working both independently and within team settings.
– Work with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate it into actionable BI requirements.
– Work closely with data engineers, BI developers, and IT teams to ensure data systems and infrastructures support business goals.
– Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure BI solutions meet business needs.
– Document business processes, data flows, and system requirements to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.
– Validate data accuracy and the functionality of BI solutions through testing.
– Ensure that BI tools provide accurate, real-time data.
– Act as a point of contact for any issues or questions related to BI solutions.
– Support and enhance existing BI systems and processes for greater efficiency and impact.
