We create city camps, creative programs, workshops, events, and experiences where curiosity, development, live communication, and an atmosphere people want to return to truly matter. For us, it’s important not just to organize activities, but to create a space where children are excited to explore new things, ask questions, try, make mistakes, and discover the world around them.
We are currently looking for a camp counselor to join our team.
We are looking for an inspired, responsible, goal-oriented, and energetic person who is genuinely interested in working with children. It is important to us that you know how to be attentive to each child, support the group, create a friendly atmosphere, and discover something new together with the children every day.
— experience working with children is required;
— experience as a camp counselor, teacher, group leader, or organizer of children’s programs will be an advantage;
— responsibility, attentiveness, and the ability to create a safe and supportive atmosphere;
— initiative, energy, and willingness to actively participate in group activities;
— genuine interest in working with children and the desire to learn something new together with them every day;
— strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work in a team.
— walks and active outdoor games, team tasks, and movement-based activities;
— board games that help children communicate, cooperate, and have fun together;
— creating a calm and friendly atmosphere where leisure becomes engaging, meaningful, and helps every child feel more free and confident.
— work from mid-June until the end of August;
— schedule: from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM;
— payment: 10,000 RSD per week;
— additional employment opportunities with extra compensation are possible.
