– Fluent in Ukrainian (written and spoken)
– Intermediate English level
– Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
– Previous experience in customer support or similar roles is a plus
– Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
– Provide customer support in Ukrainian through chat and email
– Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product-related questions
– Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions
