We are a growing international travel company looking for an exceptional operator to serve as Chief of Staff to the CEO. This is not a traditional support role, it is a high-impact position at the center of the company’s execution engine.
You will be the person who makes sure decisions become outcomes. You will work across every department, hold the organisation accountable to its priorities, and act as the CEO’s trusted right hand in turning strategy into action.
– 5+ years of experience as an Business Assistant, Chief of Staff, Project Manager, Operations Manager, or a similar business coordination role.
– Strong business understanding and ability to quickly grasp commercial and operational topics.
– Experience with b2c products, e-commerce preferred.
– Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
– High level of ownership, discipline, and attention to detail.
– Ability to work with senior managers and hold stakeholders accountable in a professional manner.
– Experience with AI tools and modern productivity technologies is a significant advantage.
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
– Track all CEO-level decisions and ensure timely implementation across the organisation.
– Own the company’s initiative pipeline, what’s in motion, what’s blocked, what needs escalation.
– Run operational reviews with department heads and surface risks before they become problems.
– Coordinate cross-departmental dependencies and resolve misalignment proactively.
– Prepare concise briefings that keep the CEO fully informed without requiring presence in every meeting.
– Manage the CEO’s strategic agenda – prioritising attention, flagging what can wait.
– Act as a neutral facilitator when teams need alignment or a decision pushed forward.
– Serve as a trusted escalation path that protects leadership bandwidth.
– Fully remote role with autonomy.
– Competitive compensation starting from $3,000 gross per month, with the final package determined based on experience, skills, and interview results.
