– Responsibility: you clearly understand the importance of your duties and their impact on the overall result;
– Attention to detail and neatness: cleaning “as if for yourself” and double-checking your work;
– Attentiveness: every item should be in its proper place;
– Punctuality: guests should never have to wait at the door;
– Communication skills: if you meet guests, you won’t panic and run away.
– Perform high-quality cleaning within the required timeframe according to the checklist;
– Replenish consumable supplies;
– Provide a photo report after each cleaning;
– Report any damage or forgotten belongings;
– Communicate promptly with the administrator;
– Carry out additional tasks in case of unusual situations.
Work schedule: 5/2 with floating days off depending on the weekly workload.
Salary: 80,000 RSD/month + bonuses of up to 12,500 RSD + tips.
Salary payments: twice a month.
