Client Support / Account Manager
International trading company working with partners and clients across different markets. We are looking for a responsible and organized person to support daily operations and client communication.
Requirements
Fluent Russian language
Good English communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work in a multitasking environment
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Responsible and reliable approach to work
Additional languages is considered a plus, but is not a deciding factor in the selection process.
We are looking for a candidate interested in long-term full-time cooperation and involvement in company processes.
Previous experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
Key responsibilities
Communication with clients and partners
Following orders and shipments
Working with documents:
invoices
packing lists
shipping / transport documents
confirmations
Coordination with logistics and accounting
Email and WhatsApp communication
Maintaining order in internal processes and files
