– Active sales of advertising opportunities in online media (guides, video formats, special projects, native advertising, partner materials, etc.).
– Working with existing advertisers, as well as searching for and attracting new advertisers and agencies.
– Handling incoming inquiries, preparing commercial proposals.
– Conducting negotiations.
– Managing clients at all stages of the deal: from first contact to closing and post-campaign analysis.
– Meeting sales targets and maintaining reporting.
– Market, competitor, and advertising trends analysis.
– Collaboration with the editorial team and other team members.

– Aktivna prodaja reklamnih mogućnosti online medija (vodiči, video formati, specijalni projekti, nativno oglašavanje, partnerski materijali i dr.).
– Rad sa postojećim oglašivačima, kao i pronalaženje i privlačenje novih oglašivača i agencija.
– Rad sa dolaznim upitima, priprema komercijalnih ponuda.
– Vođenje pregovora.
– Vođenje klijenata kroz sve faze saradnje: od prvog kontakta do zatvaranja i post-kampanjske analize.
– Ostvarivanje prodajnih planova i vođenje izveštavanja.
– Analiza tržišta, konkurenata i reklamnih trendova.
– Saradnja sa redakcijom i timom.
– 1–2+ years of experience in advertising sales or B2B sales (experience in online media and an existing advertiser base are a plus).
– Understanding of digital advertising and ad formats.
– Negotiation and presentation skills.
– Ability to work with KPIs and sales targets.
– Independence, ambition, positive attitude, stress resistance, proactivity, and result orientation.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Native Serbian, confident English.

– Iskustvo u prodaji oglašavanja ili B2B prodaji od 1–2 godine (iskustvo u online medijima, kao i sopstvena baza oglašivača – prednost).
– Razumevanje digitalnog oglašavanja i reklamnih formata.
– Veštine pregovaranja i izrade prezentacija.
– Sposobnost rada sa KPI-jevima i prodajnim planovima.
– Samostalnost, ambicioznost, pozitivan stav, otpornost na stres, inicijativnost, orijentacija na rezultat.
– Odlična usmena i pisana komunikacija.
– Maternji srpski, siguran engleski.
