– 6+ months of experience working as a cook;
– knowledge of sanitary standards and HACCP principles;
– responsibility, attentiveness, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
– preparation of ingredients and dishes according to recipe cards;
– maintaining order in the kitchen and refrigerators;
– participation in monthly inventory checks;
– compliance with sanitary standards and cleanliness at all stages of work.
