– At least 3 years of experience working as a cook.
– Experience with Russian and European cuisine.
– Responsible, reliable, and able to work well in a team.
– Respect for ingredients and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
– Ability to work with professional kitchen equipment.
– Knowledge of Serbian will be considered an advantage.
– Preparing ingredients and dishes according to standardized recipes (recipe cards).
– Ensuring timely and high-quality order preparation.
– Complying with food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as proper product handling procedures.
– Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.
– Preparing kitchen orders and monitoring incoming products.
– Assisting the Head Chef with organizing kitchen operations.
