– Minimum of 2 years experience as a CRM/Retention Manager in iGaming, preferably in European, CIS, or Balkan markets.
– Deep understanding of the casino and betting industries, including user behavior, game mechanics, bonus systems, and relevant metrics (e.g., NGR, GGR, BR, LT, LTV, churn).
– Ability to drive results, focus on KPI, and adept at data-driven analytics and decision-making.
– Tech-savvy, adaptable, fast decision-maker, with a sense of humor, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
– English (at least B2 level)
– Russian (at least B2 level)
– Develop and manage communication strategies across email, SMS, push notifications, messengers, and in-platform promotions.
– Conduct in-depth analysis of campaigns and optimize them based on performance.
– Monitor key project metrics to ensure user engagement and retention.
– Segment the user base effectively to target various groups with tailored campaigns.
– Design visually engaging and effective email templates.
– Set up and manage bonus programs.
