CLOSED Customer Account Manager
Fine Art Shippers is a New York-based logistics company specializing in the transportation of high-value fine art and antiques. For over 25 years, we’ve been trusted by galleries, collectors, auction houses, and artists across the U.S. and internationally. We’re currently expanding our team and looking for a motivated Customer Account Manager to join us remotely.
Requirements
About the role:
As a Customer Account Manager at Fine Art Shippers, you will communicate with clients, respond to inquiries, and guide them through our logistics solutions — from initial contact to closing the deal. You’ll work with a wide range of clients in the art world and help ensure their valuable pieces are shipped safely and professionally.
What we’re looking for:
• Fluent English (C1 or higher) — both spoken and written;
• Customer Account Manager/Sales experience (1+ year preferred);
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• A proactive attitude and ability to work independently;
• Strong attention to detail and client-oriented mindset;
• Interest in art/logistics is a plus, but not required.
Key responsibilities
What you’ll do:
• Engage with inbound and outbound leads (email, phone, chat);
• Present our services and build relationships with new clients;
• Manage the full sales cycle and keep detailed records in CRM;
• Collaborate with our logistics and customer support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

• Fully remote position with a long-term perspective;
• Working hours: 3 PM – 12 AM CET / 9 AM – 6 PM EST (Monday to Friday);
• Starting salary after training: $1,000–$1,500+ (base + bonuses);
• With performance and experience, potential to reach $1,800–$2,800/month;

• Training and support from an experienced team;

• Location in Belgrade, Serbia is a strong advantage — initial training and onboarding may be conducted in person.
