Customer Support Manager
👋 Hi there! We are infocus, a Ukrainian group of companies operating in 16 markets across Europe and Asia. We help businesses grow in customer service, marketing, and IT, while also developing our own products.
💡 Our concierge service is a team of personal assistants available 24/7 to help clients with any request: from booking a beauty salon in Belgrade to organizing excursions, buying concert tickets, or even managing urgent “crisis” situations where speed and precision are key.
We’re looking for a Serbian-speaking Customer Service Manager to join our concierge service team for VISA premium clients.
Requirements
You’re our perfect candidate if you:
are fluent in Serbian and Russian (a must-have);
have at least B1 English level (higher is even better);
know how to quickly find and verify information;
are curious, empathetic, stress-resistant, and good at multitasking;
(previous experience in customer service is a big advantage).
Key responsibilities
What you’ll do:
act as a personal assistant, handling requests from small tasks (flowers in Frankfurt 🌸) to larger projects (event locations in Istanbul 🎉);
support premium clients from the Balkans, Moldova, and CIS in both daily and critical situations;
communicate with contractors and ensure the highest quality of services provided;

schedule: 2/2 shifts, 12 hours each (with extra paid tasks available after shifts);
salary: $500 during training, then $612– 1000 KPI bonus (starting from the 3rd month);
