– Portuguese language — native or near-native; English and/or Russian — fluent, at least Intermediate level;
– Experience in customer support or sales in Portugueseand/or English;
– Ability to work with CRM systems and other technological tools;
– Excellent communication and organizational skills;
– Responsibility, punctuality, and ability to work in a team.
– Providing high-quality customer support in Portuguese/English via email, phone, and online chat;
– Handling customer requests and inquiries in accordance with established customer service standards;
– Registering technical support tickets and coordinating with the technical support team to resolve customer issues.
