Candidates for the dishwasher position should be dependable, hardworking, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment. They must be physically fit, with the ability to stand for long periods, and handle hot and wet conditions. Previous experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and reliability are key traits we are looking for.
Key responsibilities of a dishwasher include washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, maintaining cleanliness in the dishwashing and kitchen area, disposing of trash, and assisting with basic food prep. They must follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, restock clean dishes, report equipment issues, and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
We offer a 6-day work schedule with 8-hour shifts, a competitive salary, meals, and two drinks provided per shift. Additionally, we provide a formal contract and paid holidays.
Although at the moment we’re serbian-russian team it would be helpful for the candidate to have a good understanding of the English language to communicate more easily with the restaurant management.
