Communication Mastery: Confidence, empathy, and the ability to persuade and assist clients effectively.

Key responsibilities

As an Expert Caller, you will act as a key point of contact for our international clients. You will manage high-value interactions that require professional judgment, technical awareness, and a persuasive touch.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting high-level outreach and handling incoming inquiries from global clients.

Assisting customers with complex questions and technical issues.

Following up with leads and managing sales processes to drive company growth.

Accurately documenting all interactions within our CRM system.
