Quince Flowers is a modern flower & gift studio based in Belgrade, dedicated to contemporary floral design, aesthetics, and creating a beautiful experience for every customer.
We create fresh bouquets, floral arrangements and carefully selected gifts, with a strong focus on quality, style and attention to detail.
Quince Flowers is currently growing — we are preparing to open our second location and developing Quince Flowers Academy, a future educational concept dedicated to floristry, creativity and floral design.
As our team expands, we are looking for a new team member who shares our love for flowers, beauty and creativity and would like to grow together with our brand.
• Love for flowers, aesthetics and creative work
• Strong sense of style, color and attention to detail
• Friendly, positive and confident communication with customers
• Responsibility, reliability and good organization
• Previous experience in floristry is an advantage, but is not required
• Willingness to learn and develop floral design skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of social media is appreciated
• Serbian language is required for communication with customers
• English or Russian language is an advantage
• Creating bouquets and floral arrangements in the Quince Flowers style
• Preparing and caring for fresh flowers
• Customer communication, sales and order preparation
• Gift wrapping and decoration
• Receiving and organizing flower and product deliveries
• Maintaining the appearance, cleanliness and presentation of the flower shop
• Helping with seasonal collections and special projects
• Assisting with social media content when needed
