We have a dedicated software development department that focuses on our internal products that allow everyone else to deliver some of the top-notch, worldwide services. – Proven experience in an operational management role (preferably within a marketing department).
– Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
– Experience working with KPIs, performance tracking, and reporting.
– Excellent organizational and process management abilities.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills.
– Experience with AI tools and automation platforms is highly desirable.
– Digital marketing knowledge is preferred but not mandatory.
– Advanced English proficiency.
-Coordinate and oversee the work of our marketing team consisting of 20 online marketers.
– Set clear tasks, priorities, and deadlines; monitor execution and ensure timely delivery.
– Establish and manage KPIs for the department; track performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
– Set up effective workflows, schedules, and internal processes to ensure operational efficiency.
– Monitor team productivity, performance metrics, and goal achievement.
– Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and tool optimization.
– Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to achieve overall company goals and objectives.
– Train and onboard new team members; ensure consistent knowledge sharing and professional development within the team.
– Support strategic planning by aligning operational execution with business objectives.
– Implement and leverage AI-driven tools to enhance team productivity, reporting accuracy, workflow automation, and marketing performance analysis.

We are looking for an experienced General Manager (Marketing Operations) to lead and manage the operational performance of our Marketing Department.
