We empower ambitious learners from Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan & India to pursue their academic dreams & desired jobs across Europe by offering comprehensive, end-to-end support throughout the visa application journey.
🎯 Requirements
• Fluency in English and Serbian (mandatory)
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet monthly performance targets
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
✅ Responsibilities
• Communicate professionally with international clients and partners
• Handle negotiations and resolve client-related issues
• Support sales and customer coordination activities
• Work towards achieving assigned monthly targets
• Maintain records and reports using basic computer tools
• Identify, approach, and onboard new clients.
• Achieve assigned monthly targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Maintain communication with existing clients through physical visits, telephone, or email.
📌Experience
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer support is preferred
• Freshers are encouraged to apply if they are motivated and willing to learn
• Fixed monthly salary
• Unlimited performance-based bonus (no cap on target achievement incentives)
• Flexible working hours.
• Opportunity for long-term career growth.
• Official timing: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM but No need to work continuously for 8 hours
• If tasks are completed within 2–4 hours, no additional work is required
• Salary increment based on individual performance and results
