Proven experience as Head Bartender / Bar Manager
• Strong knowledge of classic and modern mixology, bar operations, and inventory control
• Leadership skills with experience in hiring, training, and managing bar teams
• Understanding of cost control, margins, and supplier relations
• High service standards and guest-oriented mindset
• Ability to create and maintain cocktail menus aligned with brand concept
• Fluent communication skills; English or Serbian or Russian required (additional languages a plus)
• Oversee daily bar operations and service quality
• Lead, train, and schedule the bar team
• Develop and maintain the cocktail menu
• Control inventory, costs, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with standards, hygiene, and safety
• Deliver excellent guest experience and resolve issues
1300-1500 euro starting salary with the option to renegotiate it after 3 months.
Progressive KPI system that could add up to 600 euros to monthly payment.
