TT Daily Kitchen, a member of TT Serbia Holding, provides professional catering services. Our core activities include:
preparation and delivery of ready-made meals,
corporate and event catering,
development of customized and corporate menus.
3+ years’ experience as a Head Chef or Sous-Chef (restaurant, catering, or production).
Knowledge of technological processes, HACCP standards, and sanitary regulations.
Ability to develop menus and compile Technical & Technological Cards (TTK; standard recipe specifications) and costing sheets.
Cost control skills and purchase planning.
Team leadership experience (scheduling, training, quality control).
Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets; knowledge of QuickResto or similar systems is a plus.
Responsibility, organization, attention to detail, creativity.
Valid medical book (or readiness to obtain one).
Ensure uninterrupted kitchen operations (production, logistics, plating).
Develop and update seasonal menus.
Control dish quality and visual presentation.
Enforce sanitary norms and TT Daily Kitchen standards.
Manage kitchen staff: task allocation, training, supervision.
Maintain records of products, orders, and stocks; liaise with suppliers.
Control food cost and optimize production expenses.
Participate in off-site events and corporate catering.
Friendly team and comfortable working conditions.
