Requirements
🙏 Requirements:
📎 At least 3 years of experience as a Head of Production / Production Manager; 📎 Deep understanding of food production technologies; 📎 Experience managing large teams and complex operational processes; 📎 Confident user of 1C and Excel (iiko is a plus).
Key responsibilities
❕ Responsibilities:
📎 Ensuring production output in compliance with technical specifications, GOST standards, and internal company standards; 📎 Quality control of incoming raw materials and finished products; 📎 Planning and organizing production operations (shifts, schedules, staffing); 📎 Participation in hiring, training, motivating staff, and maintaining discipline; 📎 Reducing production losses, controlling raw material consumption norms, and optimizing cost of goods; 📎 Maintaining production records, conducting inventories, and reporting to management; 📎 Participating in the development and launch of new products.
What the company offers
💳 Compensation: from €2,000 + KPI (discussed individually); 🕘 Schedule: 5/2; Corporate transportation (travel time is paid); Official employment; Corporate meals.
