– At least 3 years of experience managing a marketing team.
– Proven track record of achieving measurable results (growth in leads, sales, revenue, ROMI, CAC, etc.).
– Strong knowledge of digital marketing.
– Experience working with CRM systems, analytics, and AI tools.
– Ability to build processes and effectively manage projects.
– Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
– Fluent Russian language skills.
– English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
– Knowledge of the Serbian language will be an advantage.
– Independence, responsibility, and a results-oriented mindset.
– Develop and implement the company’s marketing strategy.
– Manage the marketing team and external contractors.
– Assign tasks and monitor deadlines and quality of execution.
