– At least 6 months of experience as a Hookah Master.
– Strong basic knowledge of hookah preparation and service.
– Knowledge of tobacco brands, mixes, strength levels, and flavor combinations.
– Understanding of modern trends in the hookah industry will be an advantage.
– Ability to communicate with guests easily, confidently, and in a friendly manner.
– Ability to advise guests and help them choose flavors.
– Responsibility and punctuality.

– Preparing hookahs to a high standard in accordance with the venue’s requirements.
– Preparing and serving traditional hookahs and electronic bowls.
– Communicating with guests and advising them on flavors, tobacco types, strength levels, and mixes.
– Assisting guests with hookah selection and creating a comfortable atmosphere.
– Ensuring the quality of every hookah served.
– Monitoring guest comfort throughout the smoking experience.
– Taking and serving orders in the venue.
– Knowledge of the menu and consulting guests on menu items.
– Opening and closing shifts.
– Maintaining cleanliness of the workstation, hookah area, and equipment during and after shifts.
– Monitoring the condition and functionality of hookah equipment.
– Following the venue’s standards of cleanliness, service, and internal regulations.
– Working closely with the bar and kitchen teams.
– Participating in the development of the hookah area and maintaining the overall atmosphere of the venue.
