At least 6 months of experience as a hookah master.
Strong basic knowledge of hookah preparation.
Knowledge of tobacco brands, mixes, strength levels, and flavor combinations.
Understanding of current trends in the hookah industry will be an advantage.
Ability to communicate with guests in an easy, confident, and friendly manner.
Ability to advise guests and recommend suitable flavors.
Responsibility and punctuality.
Cleanliness, accuracy, and neat appearance.
Attention to detail and service quality.
Stress resistance and physical endurance.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and work according to the venue’s standards.
Passion for the industry and a desire to create a high-quality product.

Контроль комфорта гостей во время курения.
Прием и подача заказов в зале.
Знание меню и консультация гостей по позициям.
Открытие и закрытие смены.
Поддержание чистоты рабочего места, кальянной зоны и оборудования во время и после смены.
Контроль исправности кальянного оборудования.
Соблюдение стандартов чистоты, сервиса и внутренних регламентов заведения.
Работа в команде с баром и кухней.
Участие в развитии кальянной зоны и поддержании общей атмосферы заведения.

Preparing and serving both classic hookahs and electronic hookah bowls.
Communicating with guests and advising them on flavors, tobacco options, strength levels, and mixes.
Helping guests choose the right hookah and creating a comfortable atmosphere.
Ensuring the quality of every hookah served.
Monitoring guest comfort during the smoking experience.
Taking and serving orders in the hall.
Knowing the menu and advising guests on menu items.
Opening and closing shifts.
Maintaining cleanliness of the work area, hookah zone, and equipment during and after the shift.
Checking that hookah equipment is in proper working condition.
Following the venue’s cleanliness, service, and internal standards.
Working as part of a team with the bar and kitchen.
Participating in the development of the hookah area and supporting the overall atmosphere of the venue.
