HR Operations Generalist (Spanish Speaking)

Requirements

Required skills:
– Excellent knowledge of the English language.
– Excellent knowledge of the Spanish language.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Strong organizational and time-management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
– Attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key responsibilities

As a HR Operations Generalist at our company, we expect you to be responsible for:
– Support the organization and execution of onboarding for new employees.
– Assist in preparing onboarding materials, presentations, and orientation sessions.
– Support Time Off setup and accrual updates in HR Cloud.
– Support onboarding and offboarding logistics in collaboration with Office Management and Reception.
– Prepare daily presence and attendance reports.
– Assist with internal communication activities and content distribution.
– Assist in organizing and coordinating internal company events.
– Support planning and execution of external events.
– Help maintain the monthly events calendar.
– Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
– Execute assigned HR operational tasks under the guidance of the HR Operations Team Lead.
– Update and maintain the employee headcount data table to ensure the HR Dashboard is accurate and up to date.
– Ensure tasks are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with internal procedures.
