We’re currently expanding our Belgrade team and are looking for a sharp, organized, and creative Influencer Manager to take our campaigns to the next level.
Must be based in Belgrade and fully available for on-site work—this is a 100% office-based role.
1–3 years of proven experience in influencer marketing, ideally in the gaming, mobile app, or performance marketing space.
Strong communication and negotiation skills; confident working directly with creators and agencies.
Deep understanding of TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch creator ecosystems—especially in gaming and entertainment.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written); other languages are a plus.
Familiarity with tools like Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace, or influencer platforms (e.g., Modash, CreatorIQ) is a bonus.
A proactive mindset, comfortable in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Identify, vet, and onboard influencers across TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch for marketing campaigns.
Act as the main point of contact for creators—handling outreach, negotiations, contracts, and briefings.
Manage campaign execution: track deliverables, timelines, and ensure creative aligns with brand guidelines.
Monitor and report on campaign performance (views, engagement, CPA, ROI), and suggest optimizations.
Collaborate with internal teams—Creative, Strategy, Media Buying—to ensure influencer content integrates seamlessly into overall campaigns.
Keep a pulse on trends, emerging creators, and platform updates to inform future campaigns.
