Requirements

– Higher education (Bachelor’s degree) in Law.
– English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
– Knowledge of legislation and law enforcement practice in civil, corporate, contract, tax, and labor law; regulations related to commercial secrets and personal data. Proven experience in dispute resolution within these legal areas will be an advantage.
– At least 1 year of experience as a lawyer (or legal assistant) in a commercial organization.
– Experience working with analytics of large data sets and creating summary tables.
– Confident user of MS Office / Google Docs.
– Ability to work in a multitasking environment across different areas (analytics, finance, legal).
– Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key responsibilities

– Legal support of the HR function.
– Managing and controlling budgets of HR projects.
– Data analytics upon request within HR functions (including English-language sources), preparation of materials, draft presentations, and analytical reports based on the analyzed information.
– Monitoring timely payments under concluded service agreements.
– Drafting and managing internal agreements with employees (including in English).
– Supporting employee onboarding in foreign offices (communication with agencies and lawyers regarding visas, work permits, etc.).
– Working with the internal HRM system within assigned functions.
– Developing internal regulatory documentation within the function.
– Representing the company in government authorities.
– Participation in HR projects.
