International Relationship Officer

Requirements

Job Requirements:
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and Google Sheets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English and Serbian is mandatory
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude

Key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new client relationships
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation is collected from clients
• Prepare and submit daily reports to the supervisor in a timely manner
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing and potential clients through in-person visits, telephone communication, and email correspondence (If needed)
