– Main requirement: proven recruitment experience and motivation to continue in recruitment; experience hiring for a sales department is preferred
– Understanding the role of HR in recruitment and in the company overall
– Ability to build partnership relationships with the business
– Ability to defend your position with solid arguments while staying open to new ideas
– Independence and decision-making skills, along with readiness to learn, adapt, and accept feedback
– Strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to inspire and energize people around you
– Desire to develop the HR function and build a team
– People management experience is a plus but not required
– English (spoken and written) B1 or higher; fluent English (B2+) will be an advantage
– Key priority: recruiting a strong sales team — hiring specialists and managers for the sales department (50%+ of working time at the start)
– Initially, most other tasks will also focus on recruitment for other roles: IT, digital, customer support, and office staff
– Over time, recruitment will remain a key focus, but we see this role as strategic: you will need to build and lead the HR department, establish processes, become a full member of the company’s leadership team, and be responsible for corporate culture development
