Concepta is a team of e-commerce experts with 10+ years of experience. We grow international beauty brands that consistently rank among Amazon US top sellers.

We’re expanding and looking to build a centralized and transparent system for task management, support, and internal operations using Jira and Confluence. We’re seeking someone who can turn chaos into structure.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience as a Jira administrator
Proven track record of Jira implementations across different departments
Strong skills in designing Jira structures: projects, boards, workflows, custom fields
Experience with Jira Automation (Groovy or similar scripting tools is a plus)
Familiarity with Jira Service Management or using Jira as a support/helpdesk platform
Confident user of Confluence as a knowledge base
Integration experience (Slack, Google Workspace, GitHub/GitLab, BI tools)
Analytical mindset — able to identify and resolve bottlenecks
English level B2+ (you’ll work with English-language documentation, and new team members will be English-speaking)

Key responsibilities

Conduct an audit of current workflows across all teams — from marketing and logistics to IT and support
Map out processes, identify overlaps and bottlenecks
Design a project structure in Jira from scratch
Configure workflows, templates, roles, permissions, and automations
Launch pilot teams (logistics, content, support)
Set up integrations and reporting, train the team
