Junior Technical Support Specialist

Requirements
– Technical education or strong technical mindset
– Basic understanding of networking fundamentals
– Proficiency with Windows and Linux OS
– Knowledge of troubleshooting
– Clear written and spoken communication in Russian
– English level B1 or higher

– Ability to stay calm and productive under pressure
Key responsibilities
– Provide 1st level technical support 24/7 via chat and email
– Perform initial diagnostics under the control of senior specialist
– Assist in configuring VoIP systems (Zoiper, MicroSIP, FreePBX)
– Document and track support cases in the internal system

– Paid internship: 1–2 months whithout night shifts
