Trapplan.com is a marketing agency specializing in game promotion through influencers, Reddit UGC campaigns, and Discord campaigns. We help game developers and publishers reach their target audience and build active communities using creative and effective strategies on key gaming platforms and communities. We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Key Account Manager who will become a reliable partner for our clients in the gaming industry. Your main task will be to build and develop long-term relationships with game developers and publishers, deeply understand their marketing goals, and ensure the excellent execution of promotional campaigns via influencers, Reddit UGC, and Discord. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of game marketing and the specifics of working with online communities.
Living in Belgrade.
Developing and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with key clients – game developers and publishers.
Deeply understanding the specifics of clients’ game projects, their target audience, and marketing objectives to develop and propose the most effective promotion strategies (influencer marketing, Reddit UGC campaigns, Discord campaigns).
Identifying new opportunities to expand cooperation with current clients within the framework of the agency’s existing and new services.
Coordinating the work of internal teams and/or contractors involved in implementing influencer, Reddit UGC, and Discord campaigns.
Conducting regular meetings and calls with clients to discuss campaign progress, analyze their effectiveness, provide reports, and plan future steps.
Preparing and delivering presentations, customized commercial proposals, and detailed reports for clients, demonstrating the value and results of conducted campaigns.
Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns (influencer, Reddit UGC, Discord), analyzing key metrics (reach, engagement, user-generated content creation, community growth, click-throughs/conversions, ROI), and developing recommendations for their optimization.
Promptly resolving client issues and problems related to campaigns, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Participating in negotiations and concluding contracts with key clients.
Continuously tracking trends in game marketing, including best practices for working with influencers, Reddit, Discord, and other relevant platforms.
Maintaining the CRM system and internal client reporting.
Fluent in English!!!
Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, or similar role for 2-3 years, with experience in the gaming industry and/or a marketing agency specializing in game promotion.
Proven experience in successfully managing client projects, including influencer campaigns, and/or experience with Reddit (UGC, marketing) and/or Discord (marketing, activations).
Deep understanding of the game marketing ecosystem, including the specifics of working with gaming influencers, understanding Reddit mechanics (subreddits, user-generated content, Q&A sessions, etc.), and Discord (server creation and engagement, bots, events).
Knowledge of the gaming market, main genres, platforms, and current trends in gaming.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask, effectively manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
A genuine passion for games and an understanding of how influencers, user-generated content on Reddit, and activity on Discord can contribute to the success of game projects.
Proactiveness, initiative, and a desire to develop in a dynamic field.
Higher education (preferably in marketing, management, or communications).
