We are dedicated to connecting top talents from CEE regions with leading startups worldwide. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team.

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and generating high-quality leads. You will use various strategies and tools to research, engage, and qualify potential clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to our business development. This role is sales-oriented, with potential growth into an Account Manager position in the future.

Requirements

– Proven experience in lead generation, specifically with outstaffing or recruitment companies.
– Upper-intermediate level of English and fluent in Russian, both written and spoken.
– Strong research and analytical skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Experience working with the Israeli market is a significant advantage.
– Proficiency in using Zoho CRM is a significant advantage.
– Experience engaging with startups and small companies is essential.
– Experience with LinkedIn and necessary tools for outreach is a must.
– Experience with email marketing campaigns is a must.
– Familiarity with databases and knowledge of their usage is a significant plus.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.

Key responsibilities

– Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients.
– Utilize online platforms, social media, databases, and other tools to generate leads.
– Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.
– Create and manage lead lists, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
– Engage with leads through email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our services.
– Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, and timeline.
– Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
– Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns.
– Track and report on lead generation metrics and performance.
– Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication standards.
– Manage and maintain our social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram) by posting articles and content weekly using tools like ChatGPT and Canva.
