Requirements

  • At least 6 months of kitchen experience (required)
  • Basic understanding of kitchen operations (food preparation, storage, cleanliness)
  • Ability to work according to recipe cards
  • Accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the Russian language

Important: Candidates without kitchen experience will not be considered.

Key responsibilities

  • Preparing ingredients (meat, vegetables, sauces)
  • Cutting and preparing food according to kitchen standards
  • Supporting the work of both hot and cold kitchen stations
  • Maintaining sanitary standards and cleanliness at the workstation
  • Monitoring the freshness and quality of products
  • Carrying out tasks assigned by the Head Chef
