Minimum of 2 years of experience as a café manager
Strong understanding of the market and operational specifics in Belgrade
Proven track record of successful projects
Significant personal contribution to the success of previous establishments
Oversee daily café operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
Manage and train staff, build a strong team culture, and maintain high service standards
Monitor financial performance, control costs, and optimize profitability
Ensure exceptional customer experience and handle guest feedback professionally
Implement and maintain operational standards, procedures, and quality control
Work closely with suppliers and manage inventory, ordering, and stock levels
Analyze local market trends in Belgrade and adapt strategies accordingly
Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies and growth initiatives
Take ownership of the café’s performance and drive continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with local regulations, hygiene, and safety standards
