Today, the holding includes 250 employees (across two digital agencies) supported by a shared infrastructure: finance, marketing, HR, technical, and administrative teams.
Requirements
Experience as an office manager or in a related role
English or Serbian language skills are a plus
Key responsibilities
Set up and maintain office infrastructure: ordering groceries/supplies, coordinating cleaning staff, creating a comfortable environment
Organize freight shipments, deliveries, and mail
Assist with event planning and execution
Conduct inventories
Handle ad-hoc tasks from management
