Office Manager
Symallor Doo Belgrade is a consulting company working on international IT projects. We are expanding our team and looking for an Office Manager who will help make office processes convenient and stable for the entire team.
Requirements
– Handling document workflow and basic bookkeeping/primary accounting – Coordinating with different departments and completing administrative tasks upon request – Communicating with contractors, institutions, and government authorities in Russian and Serbian – Supervising cleaning services – Ordering food for employees – Purchasing stationery and other office supplies
Key responsibilities
– Experience as an office manager or in a similar role – Budget planning skills (preparing cost estimates and controlling office expenses) – Excellent communication and organizational skills – Responsibility, independence, and initiative – Confident Serbian (B1+) and Russian – English is a plus (any level)
