Office Manager

Symallor HR Agency is an HR consulting company that helps businesses find and build strong teams across various industries and functions.

Due to the expansion of our clients’ teams, we are looking for Office Managers.

Join modern offices in Belgrade, located in the New Belgrade and Old Town districts.

Requirements

Document management and basic bookkeeping;

Interaction with various departments and выполнение administrative tasks upon request;

Communication with contractors, institutions, and government authorities in Russian and Serbian;

Supervision of cleaning services and other office contractors;

Ordering food for employees;

Searching for suppliers in the Serbian market, collecting and analyzing commercial offers;

Communication with the landlord, resolving office-related issues (repairs, access, passes);

Ordering and supervising the work of service providers (electricians, plumbers, internet providers);

Assistance with day-to-day office matters: couriers, deliveries, minor office requests;

Purchasing stationery and other office supplies.

Key responsibilities

At least 1 year of experience as an Office Manager or in an administrative role;

Responsibility, organizational skills, attention to detail, initiative, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and in a multitasking environment, stress resistance, and customer orientation;

Confident PC user (MS Office, Google Workspace, email);

Native Russian, Serbian from B1 level, English will be an advantage.
