We are seeking a punctual and dedicated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is:
– fluent in English
– has a basic understanding of Serbian
– friendly, reliable, and eager to deliver outstanding service
– Welcoming and engaging with guests in a warm and friendly manner
– Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
– Serving food and beverages with attention to presentation and timing
– Answering questions about the menu and making thoughtful suggestions
– Handling basic customer concerns or complaints calmly and professionally
– Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the service area and dining space
– Collaborating with team members to maintain smooth and efficient daily operations
– 6-day work schedule with 8-hour shifts
– Monday as a day off
– one meal & two drinks provided per shift
– formal contract
– paid holidays ( one week in winter & two weeks in summer)
