Requirements
🔵 Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
🔵 5+ years in finance, operations, or administration (preferably in a family office or investment firm).

🔵 Proficiency in financial and document management tools.
🔵 Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
Key responsibilities
🟥 Administration – Coordinate info flow between internal teams and external partners (banks, accountants, legal advisors). Ensure timely reporting.
🟥 Data & Documents – Organize and validate financial, corporate, and operational records. Maintain structured document management.
🟥 Finance & Operations – Track investments, cash flows, and budgets. Prepare financial reports and presentations.
🟥 Compliance & Corporate Governance – Oversee corporate records, manage KYC processes, and support audits.
🟥 Paralegal Support – Assist with contracts and coordinate legal documentation.
