The foundation of our concept is top-quality ingredients, consistent standards, and friendly service. We are currently growing активно and are looking for a responsible and energetic Operations Manager to help take the project to the next level.
Requirements
⁃ Ability to lead people and control results. ⁃ Ability to work under high workload. ⁃ Responsibility, стрессоустойчивость, strong organizational and leadership skills.
Will be an advantage:
⁃ Experience as a manager in the hospitality industry. ⁃ Knowledge of Serbian or strong willingness to learn it.
Key responsibilities
⁃ Organizing smooth daily operations, maintaining discipline, and оперативно solving возникающие issues. ⁃ Working with the team: recruiting and training staff. ⁃ Working with documentation. Monitoring payroll (FOT), cost of goods, and other key indicators. ⁃ Ensuring product and service quality, maintaining standards. ⁃ Improving processes, optimizing workflows, and participating in business development. ⁃ Financial accounting, inventory control, expense monitoring, salary payments, and invoice payments.
