Payment Systems Integration Specialist

ITea is a rapidly growing IT company delivering international projects and innovative IT solutions. Products developed by ITea are actively used by the world’s largest companies and industry leaders.

Requirements

We are actively developing our product and expanding our team. We are currently looking for a Payment Systems Integration Specialist.

Our ideal candidate:

– communicates effectively in writing in Russian and English (Upper-Intermediate / B2 level or higher);
– has a good understanding of processes and is able to work with technical documentation (relevant education will be an advantage);
– has basic technical skills and a desire to learn new things;
– is attentive to detail, accurate, and responsible in their work;
– is able to multitask and respond quickly to changes in systems and processes;
– demonstrates initiative and a team-oriented approach.

Key responsibilities

What you will be doing:

– configuring payment solutions and supporting clients throughout all stages of the integration process;
– handling incoming requests in chats (Teams, Telegram, Slack);
– maintaining written communication with clients (primarily in English);
– advising clients during the setup process and helping them resolve any issues that arise;
– monitoring the accuracy and completeness of the integration until it goes live;
– collaborating with internal teams (backend developers, administrators, project managers) to resolve client-related tasks;
– maintaining and updating internal documentation: manuals, guides, and setup instructions.

Additional Information

To become part of our team, you will need to complete the following stages:

  2. Interview with the HR Manager.
  3. Final interview with the Team Lead.
