Firebird is an international online travel company that organizes trips to Europe for customers from around the world. We have a dedicated software development department that focuses on our internal products that allow everyone else to deliver some of the top-notch, worldwide services. Currently, there are a number of commercially available projects in production that are being actively worked on:

-3+ years of experience in digital-marketing as PPC-specialist;
-Confident knowledge of modern self-serve ad systems (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.);
-Experience working with bulk-editors: Google Editor, Bing Editor, etc.;
-Confident knowledge of Google Analytics 4 platform;
-Confident user of Google Spreadsheets or MS Excel: good understanding of formulas & functions;
-Marketing mindset and understanding of key marketing principles (conversion attribution, ROI reporting, AIDA, funnels, etc.).
-Fluent English.
-Create and upload ads to different advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.);
-Conduct day-to-day monitoring and optimization of ad accounts according to set KPIs;
-Create ad ROI reports on request using Google Analytics, MS Excel or other software;
-Suggest new ideas to improve or optimize ad performance.
-Standard 40 hour work week;
-25 business days of paid vacation.
Nice to have:
-Google Ads Certificate;
-Knowledge of other languages will be a plus (Russian, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian);
-Strong copywriting skills;
-Experience working with Google Tag Manager.
