Prep Cook (Đan Restaurant, Belgrade)

Đan Restaurant — a modern Caucasian cuisine restaurant in the center of Belgrade.

Requirements

  • at least 6 months of kitchen experience (required)
  • basic understanding of kitchen processes (prep, storage, cleanliness)
  • ability to work according to recipes and kitchen standards
  • attention to detail, speed, and аккуратность
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • team player
  • knowledge of Russian or English (Serbian is a plus)

Important: candidates without kitchen experience will not be considered

Key responsibilities

  • preparing ingredients (meat, vegetables, sauces)
  • cutting and prepping products according to kitchen standards
  • supporting hot and cold kitchen stations
  • maintaining cleanliness and санитарные standards in the workplace
  • monitoring freshness and quality of products
  • following instructions from the head chef
