– Serbian language proficiency at C1 level or higher (working with local suppliers and contractors).
– At least 2 years of experience in procurement / purchasing.
– Experience working with 1C or MoySklad (inventory management, orders, stock receipts/issues).
– Experience working with CRM systems.
– Category B driver’s license (visits to suppliers, goods acceptance).
– Experience in procurement for furniture manufacturing or related industries (materials, fittings, laminated chipboard, components).
– Negotiation skills regarding pricing and delivery terms.
– Russian language (the primary language of the internal team).
– Search for and select suppliers of materials, fittings, and components.
– Carry out procurement for projects and production planning.
– Negotiate prices, delivery times, and supply terms.
– Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
– Maintain records in 1C / MoySklad (stock receipts, issues, inventory).
– Maintain supplier and order data in the CRM system.
– Monitor delivery timelines and quality, handle claims and complaints.
– Coordinate with production and the project manager regarding material requirements.
