We are currently looking for a structured and execution-driven Project Manager for our client’s iGaming project based in Belgrade.
This role focuses on ensuring clarity, ownership, and delivery across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment. The Project Manager will act as a key operational driver between stakeholders, ensuring priorities are clearly defined, aligned, and executed effectively while keeping projects on track.
2-5 years of experience in Project/Product/Operations management
Experience working in fast-paced environments (tech, startups, or iGaming is a plus)
Strong experience with task tracking and project documentation tools
Strong analytical and structured thinking
Fluent Russian (required)
Strong English communication skills
Translate business and stakeholder inputs into structured, action-oriented requirements
Develop and maintain clear project planning frameworks and delivery processes
Drive prioritization across multiple workstreams
Ensure full visibility of project progress, risks, and timelines
Maintain alignment between teams through structured follow-ups
Support research and evaluation of potential external partners and suppliers
Official employment in Serbia
On-site role in Belgrade
Monday-Friday schedule (5/2)
Flexible start (09:00–10:00)
4 additional paid days off per year
