Minimum 2 years of experience managing IT projects
Experience in developing or managing the development of complex technology projects (backend, frontend, IoT, GIS)
Experience with project management systems such as Jira
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team
Ability to form a product vision and communicate it clearly to the team
Experience working in the Safe City / Smart City projects
Formulate and develop the project vision, define key objectives and milestones
Develop the project roadmap taking into account business goals and priorities
Organize and coordinate the team (frontend, backend, IoT, VMS developers)
Assign tasks and monitor deadlines
Interact with stakeholders: clients, users, and technical specialists
Ensure transparency of project status (trackers, reports)
Prepare and conduct project demonstrations for clients
Control the quality of delivered solutions and participate in the development of technical documentation
Manage risks and plan product development
