• Search for properties for a non-food retail chain with an area of 250–400 sq.m
• Preparation of presentations to evaluate the potential of premises
• Negotiations with landlords at all stages of the deal

• Search territory – Belgrade
• At least 1 year of experience in commercial real estate leasing
• грамотная речь, навыки ведения переговоров
• Knowledge of regulatory acts governing lease agreements for non-residential premises
• Knowledge of the Serbian real estate market, general understanding of the market and its key players
• Proficient user of MS Office
• Knowledge of the Russian language
