Real estate sales manager (Greek constructions company, home office based)

MIRACON construction is Greek builder of the residential real estate property, apartments, villas, etc., located in Thessaloniki city. We are actively expanding our sales presence in the Balkans and international markets and are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Managers who will play a key role in driving growth

Requirements

Requirements
• Based in Balkan countries,
• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in international real estate (developer or agency)
• Demonstrated track record of closing cross-border deals
• Experience working with Balkan markets (e.g., Serbia, Scopje/North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Romania, etc) is a major advantage and may be a decisive factor
• Strong communication and confident spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with performance targets
• Valid driver’s license + willingness to travel for property showings and partner meetings

Preferred Qualifications
• Existing network of partner agencies or investment brokers in the Balkans
• Additional languages are preferred (Serbian, Bulgarian, Romanian, etc)
• Experience in developing sales strategies from scratch

Key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Drive and expand sales of the company’s residential properties in Balkan markets
• Develop and manage partnerships with real estate agencies, brokers, and investment representatives across Greece and Balkan countries (priority markets)
• Conduct presentations, consultations, negotiations, and deal closing with both private clients and partner networks
• Participate in and organize regional and international real estate expos, trade fairs, and business networking events
• Analyze market trends and provide structured sales reports and strategic insights to management
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience and long-term relationship management
• Design scalable sales processes, standards, and frameworks as the foundation for a future sales department

Additional Information

This position is offered directly by a real estate development company (developer), not an agency. We are actively expanding our sales presence in the Balkans and international markets and are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager who will play a key role in driving growth.
The primary mission is to manage and increase sales of our residential projects with a focus on cross-border transactions and cooperation with partner agencies across the Balkans.
