Experience as a recruiter (preferably in IT / Digital)
Ability to handle a high volume of vacancies
Strong communication skills
High level of responsibility and results-oriented mindset
Russian language — mandatory
English language — mandatory
Nice to have:
Serbian language proficiency
Experience working in international markets
Full-cycle recruitment (search & hiring)
Active candidate sourcing through various channels
Conducting initial interviews
Supporting candidates throughout all stages of the hiring process
Onboarding new employees
Participation in employee adaptation and training
Close collaboration with hiring managers
Working hours:
🕙 Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00
Saturday–Sunday — days off
